我自己用的iphone 5，在别的laptop上都可以正常连接，点trust后可以访问iphone内容，但在我的laptop上有提示trust or not，但点trust后找不到apple iphone的存储。

使用programs and features将以下内容卸载掉，

1. iTunes （如果有的话）

2. Apple Software Update

3. Apple Mobile Device Support

4. Bonjour 

5. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

然后重启windows 7。重新插上iphone 5，发现trust后即可正常访问。

以上被卸载的内容，如果需要，重新安装即可。
