UNESCO has a small amount of financial support to do these activities. Anyway, it’s a good start point.
2. 中科院西部计划二期项目黑河流域遥感－地面同步试验飞行项目7.5在兰州启动，项目为期4年。随后6、7日是项目工作会议。
